A New Way To Think About Therapy

Life is a journey.

Imagine how much more fulfilling life could be once we overcome and work through potential issues that have become hurdles and set backs keeping us from a life of fulfillment and contentment.

“Life could be thought of as a journey with many challenges, twists, turns and peak experiences. Therapy is a personal investment we make in our self.”

Life could be thought of as a journey with many challenges, twists, turns, and peak experiences. Therapy is a personal investment we make in our self. It can be a part of our life journey where we get to know our self, understand our self and others, and find the true meaning and purpose of our life. It can afford a person an opportunity to outgrow insecurities, discover  strengths, and become the best person one can possibly be and have satisfying relationships.

Therapy is not advice giving.  It’s a collaborative process  between a therapist and a client. It’s about creating a shift that’s different. It’s a different way of doing something. It’s not typically a quick process and it’s not typically a fast fix. Nothing magic happens here.

My only intention is to help you find ways to be happier, more self- confident, and more fulfilled in your life. I don’t think anyone can tell another person how to live his or her life. Therapy sessions can help you look at your life from a different perspective, in order to understand how to make different choices which will work better for you.

In my practice, I create a safe, confidential place in which you can talk about the most personal, private issues that are troubling to you. With very few exceptions, everything we talk about will be absolutely private. This discrete therapy relationship is unique in the sense that it is limited to professional appointments and does not involve any contact outside of the office.
